Grace Joel is the Chief of Staff at TreeArc Investment Group, leading strategic projects and supporting business operations across the Group.
Prior to joining TreeArc, Grace worked in corporate strategy at a renewable energy technology start-up. She began her career at Boston Consulting Group, advising private equity, financial institutions, consumer and airline clients on due diligence, ESG policy and corporate strategy across London and Australia.
Grace holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Balliol College, The University of Oxford, and a Master of Public Administration, specialising in Economic Policy, from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
