She leads the people strategy across the Group and works closely with portfolio leadership to strengthen organisational design, leadership capability, and governance foundations as the portfolio evolves across technology, capital, and professional sport. Olga’s approach is practical and commercially grounded, focused on building clear standards, strong leadership, and cultures that support sustainable growth.
Across the Group’s basketball portfolio, Olga has contributed to the development of leadership and player initiatives that support athletes beyond the court, reflecting the Group’s broader commitment to community impact and opportunity.
With more than 15 years of experience across Australia and the United States, Olga has led People & Culture functions in high-growth technology, SaaS, and media businesses. She has guided organisations through rapid expansion, restructures, leadership transitions, and multi-region transformation, ensuring that change is executed with clarity and accountability.
Prior to joining TreeArc Investment Group, Olga held senior roles at Weel, Publicis Groupe, Willow, and Iress, where she partnered with founders and executive teams to align talent strategy with long-term business performance.
