Jess Walker is a Director of Venture and Portfolio Investments at TreeArc Investment Group, where she identifies and backs high-potential ventures that create meaningful impact.
Previously she was at Airtree where she has helped people across Australia become angel investors, built the Airtree Angel Syndicate, and remains an active angel investor herself. Beyond investing, Jess founded Pioneers, a community supporting women and non-binary founders, operators, and startup enthusiasts. She is also a non-executive director on the board of Forever Projects and Young Change Agents. Before stepping into investing, Jess was a founder herself. In 2016, she launched Idle a Property Tech company in New Zealand, which was acquired in 2019.
She holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor and a Bachelor of International Hospitality Management from Auckland University of Technology and San Diego State University.
