TreeArc Investment Group has a mission of investing in businesses and ventures, delivering a positive impact for generations to come.
From our base in Milsons Point, Australia, we deploy capital to create intergenerational impact across three core pillars: climate and environment, science and technology, and community and pathways. We identify and invest in diverse opportunities that embrace innovation, from breakthrough environmental technologies to infrastructure that strengthens communities.
About Us
TreeArc Investment Group is the Denholm family office, founded by Robyn Denholm in 2021 and led by CEO Victoria Denholm, and CIO Matthew Denholm with a growing team of talented investment and operations professionals. As a family office, we pursue opportunities that advance progress, champion innovation, and help shape a better future for the next generation.
Our Ecosystem
TreeArc Investment Group’s first foray into the business of basketball was acquiring a minority stake in Hoops Capital, home to the Sydney Kings and Sydney Flames, where they were the first current Australian basketball club with both a men’s and women’s team competing in their respective leagues. TreeArc became majority owners in 2024.
TreeArc is also the majority owner of the Women’s National Basketball League (WNBL) since 2025, ushering in a new era of women’s basketball in Australia.
Our Story
Our family office has evolved significantly since we started in 2021. TreeArc Investment Group (formerly known as Wollemi Capital Group) reflects our growth, strategic direction, and operating businesses.
We draw inspiration from nature and movement. TreeArc reflects both the enduring strength of nature and our diverse environment, plus the upward arc of a basketball, symbolising our passion and investment in Australian basketball.
Powered by a talented team of professionals across its portfolio, TreeArc operates with a united vision to create positive change for generations to come. While our name has evolved, our mission remains unchanged – to invest in businesses and ventures delivering a positive impact for generations to come.
In 2021, Robyn founded TreeArc Investment Group, the Denholm family office, with a mission to invest in ventures that deliver a positive impact. The investment portfolio spans environment funds, venture capital funds and Australian technology startups with pillars across climate and environment, science and technology and community and pathways.
In 2022, TreeArc became the minority owner of Hoops Capital, home to the Sydney Kings and Sydney Flames and were the first club to own both the men’s and women’s professional teams under one banner. In 2024, TreeArc became the majority owner of Hoops Capital, driving the next chapter of basketball in Sydney.
TreeArc formed a consortium to partner with the NBL Group and Basketball Australia to acquire the Women’s National Basketball League (WNBL) in 2025, advancing women’s basketball in Australia.
Our name reflects both our roots and our trajectory in the next chapter of the family office. A future-focused investment group built on a strong foundation and reaching for new heights across Australia’s technology, innovation and sporting ecosystems.
As a family office, we seek opportunities that drive innovation and inspire the next generation.
